Your name, phone number and e-mail provided when booking (via Booksy, phone or messengers), data provided when ordering a gift voucher (buyer's name, phone and e-mail, optionally the recipient's name), as well as technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies.
We process data to handle bookings and services, issue, send and settle gift vouchers, contact clients, operate the website and — with your consent — for analytics (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).
The website uses essential cookies and — with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ads). Meta receives viewed pages, IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers. Withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer; refusal stops further Pixel reporting. We locally record the notice, time and visitor choice, preserving previous acceptance evidence after withdrawal.
Data may be shared with trusted service providers: the Booksy booking system, hosting and e-mail delivery providers and messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram). We never sell your data.
With marketing consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. also receives a Lead event when you click a public Booksy booking or WhatsApp contact link, with the channel name, for ad measurement and optimization. This represents a click, not a confirmed booking or sent message. Event parameters do not include message contents, form data, customer e-mail or phone number. Refusing or withdrawing consent through “Cookie settings” stops subsequent events.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide our services and for the period required by law. Voucher data is kept for the voucher's validity and up to 5 years for tax and accounting purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
