A voucher can be issued for an amount (100–5000 zł) or for selected services from the current price list. Each voucher has a unique number.
Validity depends on value: 1 month for every started 300 zł (e.g. 300 zł — 1 month, 600 zł — 2 months). The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Vouchers are ordered on the website. After activation the buyer receives the voucher by e-mail. On request, a printed voucher can be collected at the chosen salon within a few days.
Vouchers are valid in all STUDIO 23 salons. Please give the voucher number when booking (Booksy, phone, messengers). Amount vouchers can be used at once or in parts until the balance is used up. If a service costs more, the difference is paid on site.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and unused balance is not refunded. A voucher may be given to another person. STUDIO 23 is not liable for a lost voucher number, but can resend it at the buyer's request.

Buyer data is processed according to the Privacy policy, solely to issue, send and settle the voucher.
